First of all this arrives in the back of a 18 wheeler semi truck. We pushed it out into my truck bed to move it into the backyard. It would have been easier if I had a forklift. This took me 3 days to put together. The first day I had help with the base and sides. The other 2 days I was on my own. Instructions are good and it went together easy. After 2 years the roof does leak a little but not enough to worry about. Overall, I'm happy with it.
