The Good: I paid a good price for it...last time I checked it cost $248.00 more than what I paid. I personally think the current price is too high. Has plenty of room, including overhead room. Excellent for my four shelf systems (Note: you can't attach anything to the walls). Instructions are easy to follow. As long as you follow the steps provided, you won't have any issues. Can be built with just a few tools; level, square, drill with a Phillips screwdriver tip (believe me, you need the drill) and a pair of pliers. It actually looks good after it's built.

The Bad: Time: It takes much longer than the three hours stated on the manual to build it. Having a concrete slab will help tremendously, but unless you have a lot of experience building this type of structure, expect to spend at least half a day or more.
