I have owned vinyl sheds in the past. I have assembled vinyl, wood, and metal sheds in the past as well. I like the vinyl sheds because the are durable, never need painting, and don't rust.
This shed however was a nightmare to assemble. Right on the front of the directions it says "takes two people 4 to 5 hours to assemble". I have built many structures in my life, and I have many skills when it comes to building/assembling/repairing most anything, so I am by no means a novice. This shed took two of us 18 hours to assemble. Yes, 18 hours. That's not counting breaks. The assembly was a nightmare. Almost 700 pieces not including the screws, nuts, and bolts. We started with a solid wood foundation I built from 2x6 pt lumber and osb flooring. It was flat and level in every regard. Yet, even with the flat and level foundation many of the "pre-drilled" holes did not line up properly. Many were off by 1/8 inch to 3/4 inch, which is enough to make it very difficult to assemble.
