PLEASE Don't Buy a Storage House. Here's why...,

We purchased a FlowerHouse storage unit in February, 2007, and by December we were writing the company with complaints. It all started with a small rip in the fabric next to the zipper. Not the zipper itself, but rather the fabric seam next to it. Here is the unedited response we received from the company; "Our warranty policy states the product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship, and that a warranty card must be sent in within 14 days of purchase. We, however did not find a warranty card had been sent in. We will replace your storage shed and are asking that you pay the shipping of $40 in as much as a warranty was not sent in. As you purchased your storage shed through Walmart, they are the people you should check with for a refund."
We had requested a refund from the company since Walmart will not issue one after 90-days. So, why would we throw good money after bad by sending FlowerHouse $40 to replace the piece of junk we had with another? We...Read more

Until they honor their waranty and replace the shed without a hassle,NO one WOULD AND NO ONE WILL BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. STAY AWAY...THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF CORPORATE GREED
