I bought this shed because it was cheap...and that's exactly what I got. You need either a cement pad, or extra wood totaling $114 to complete the base. The whole thing is hard to assemble. The roof doesn't attach well at the top. There are gaps that let the rain through. If I had spent $2000 on an Amish shed, they would have come, done the site prep and installation and I would have had a good shed. As it is, I have a partially functional peice of plastic that ended up costing about $2000 when labor was included. Don't waste your money.
