Sheds are made of UV-protected, high-density polyethylene plastic with powder-coated steel reinforcements to prevent fading, cracking, and rusting. Double wall polyethylene panels are 1" thick. Double doors include internal spring latch, interior deadbolts, and exterior padlock loop. Latch and lock shatter proof window swings out for ventilation. Window measures 16-1/2"W x 16-1/2"H. This made-in-USA shed has the best assembly instructions I've ever seen. Scaled drawings of each part. The bags of small parts are well labeled, and the instructions note which parts are in which bags. Each bag and part has an engineering number and picture, so there are no cryptic descriptions to deal with. Each section describes the parts and tools needed. If the foundation is quite level, the assembly is not difficult. I chose not to use a driver, since I was driving screws into the HD poly. Other than the roof, the assembly was done alone. (A second person to hold the roof pieces during assembly is convenient, and probably necessary.) Assembly took me about 15 hours, but I was meticulous and didn't hurry.

The final product has not leaked in substantial rains, and is sufficiently sturdy. I wouldn't expect it to survive a hurricane.
